When ordering a service from us, we offer two shipping options:
Option 1 (You Ship):
You're responsible for packaging & shipping the device to us. Please visit this link for mailing instructions
Option 2 (We Ship):
We ship you a secure box & postage label. Once it quickly arrives, just place your device inside, attach the adhesive postage label to the box, then drop into your mailbox. Be sure to include a completed workorder with your device.
For all U.S. customers, repairs ship via USPS Priority Mail and arrive in 2 - 3 business days. Parts ship via USPS First Class Mail and usually take 3 - 5 business days to arrive. Delivery Confirmation is included with both methods.
