iRepair started from a small office in Glyfada and has now grown to more than 100 stores. Initially focusing on PC and laptop repairs, it quickly expanded to mobile phone and tablet repairs, providing solutions to customers’ technical issues. Recognizing market needs, it became the first company to offer level 3 motherboard repairs, which immediately established it as a leader in the industry. The requirements are similar to those for starting any new business: personal time commitment to the business (preceded by training from the company) and the necessary capital for the launch.
For a store of approximately 60m², the investment amount (construction, equipment, inventory) is around €80,000.
Each partner pays a monthly fee of 5% of gross turnover as a franchising fee to the company. Entry fees: €0
The contract duration is 10 years, provided its terms are met. The contract also defines the geographical area of exclusivity for each new business.
The franchisee is responsible for the construction. The company recommends contractors-suppliers it has collaborated with and remains alongside the new partner with continuous assistance-advice (network development department) throughout the construction of the new store.

The software program used by iRepair (in Greek & English) is specifically designed to meet the company's needs, precisely as defined based on our many years of experience. Easy to use and user-friendly, it facilitates the daily management of the business.
The supply of spare parts, accessories, and certified used devices is done through the company's central warehouses with an easy process via the software program we use.
